About Us

Environmental Training Solutions (ETS) is a specialist provider of environmental training for the public and private sector. The company was formed in 2012 by Andrew Moag and Pat Keelan, to continue their working partnership established in 1998 in developing and delivering focused training for a range of environmental activities. Pat retired in 2017 and Andrew has carried on to grow and develop ETS.

Our core values centre on ensuring that we deliver high quality training experiences to our customers. For us at ETS this means a number of things. It begins with dealing with each customer ensuring we understand their needs and wants. We know that for delegates to have a high level of satisfaction we must deliver enjoyable learning experiences that are fun and relevant. So many of us have had dull and boring training in the past that was not relevant to our roles and we are committed to never doing that. We design our programmes to encourage interaction and questioning as it creates more memorable and engaging learning. We strive to provide high quality learning materials that are always up todate and relevant to the jobs our customers do. We are focused on delivering on these important things to make our events the best they can be.

We understand that good quality learning environments, quality catering and well mixed audiences all contribute to the best experience we can provide customers. We deal with the small details as well as the big stuff to make sure that delegates can focus on what they come to us to do – to learn. Whether that is the room layout, the stationary or what you eat for lunch we want to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. That’s why we listen carefully to what our customers say to us as tutors and we are not afraid to challenge ourselves to do better.
